Data Deletion Request

This page explains how you can request deletion of the personal information Doughboys Bali holds about you, including any data collected through our use of the WhatsApp Business API provided by Meta Platforms.

1. What Data We May Hold

Depending on how you have interacted with us, we may hold:

• Your name, phone number (including WhatsApp number), and email address.
• Order history and delivery addresses.
• Messages you have exchanged with us through WhatsApp, email, our website contact forms, or social media.
• Reservation, feedback, or support history.

2. How to Request Deletion

To request that we delete your personal data, please email us at team@doughboysbali.com and include:

• Subject line: Data Deletion Request.
• Your full name.
• The phone number (with country code) and/or email address you used to interact with us.
• A brief description of the data you would like removed, or simply state that you want all personal data removed.

We may ask you to verify your identity before processing the request so that we do not delete data belonging to the wrong person.

3. WhatsApp and Meta Data Deletion

If you have messaged us on WhatsApp, your deletion request will include:

• Your phone number as it appears in our WhatsApp Business contact list.
• The message history between you and our WhatsApp Business account.

Meta Platforms and WhatsApp also retain data independently in accordance with their own Privacy Policy. To delete data held directly by WhatsApp, you may also need to contact Meta or use the controls available inside the WhatsApp app.

4. Timeframe

We will respond to your deletion request within 30 days. Once confirmed, your personal information will be deleted from our active systems, subject to any legal, tax, or accounting obligations that require us to retain certain records.

5. What Is Not Deleted

We may retain limited information where we are legally required or permitted to, including:

• Records needed to comply with tax, accounting, or other legal obligations.
• Information required to resolve disputes or enforce our agreements.
• Anonymised or aggregated data that can no longer identify you.
